IAFF Fifth Peer Support Coordinator

I am a 22-year veteran of the Milwaukee Fire Department and a former volunteer firefighter. I retired from active duty in 2022. I currently serve as the Milwaukee Fire Department Peer Support Coordinator, and work to incorporate skills learned in the behavioral health field into day-to-day firefighting operations. I am a Certified Recovery Coach and an IAFF Master Peer Support Instructor since 2016. I was appointed State of Wisconsin MAP Team Peer Support Coordinator in 2024. I actively work with members on Sleep Coaching, Breathwork, and Meditation. I have served as the 5th District Representative on the IAFF Behavioral Health Committee since 2021.
